Baseball

I wanted to go to the Baseball the other night, but by the time we made it to the box office to buy our tickets it was all sold out! Out of the corner of my eye i saw this Police Officer handing out free tickets to this guy and his kid. So of course i played the Australian card and gave him the whole "Excuse me Officer, i came all the way from Australia and i've never seen a game before". He felt pity and gave me free tickets!!! thatswhatimtalkinbout!!!!
It was cool to see how it all operates. Between innings they have all this music play, they do the chicken dance & the macarena and have all this lame shitty entertainment.

East Hastings

These alleys are lined with junkies looking for crack.. All day every day


East Hastings is know widely known as a scary place, its only about 3 blocks by 3 blocks in size but it is the home to the craziest drug addicts you've ever seen. Everyone is homeless and all they care about is cigarettes and where they're next hit is coming from.
You walk down the street and you constantly get heckeled by them asking to buy smokes off you.
I had this big idea to go down there and get some intense photo's, but as soon as i arrived i had second thoughts. They're all like "hey man, can i buy a smoke off you? what's in the bag? you got crack?" nah man i'm good..
If i had a few bro's with me to back me up if i was going to get robbed

They have this asian garden right downtown, i went in there to check it out and what do i find?? Another crack head gettin high in the bushes.. nice!!

China Town, Vancouver

For some of you that may not know, Vancouver has a pretty big Chinese population hence why there China Town is so crazy.
They had the most fucked up shit. They had this dried out lizards that were on sticks.. I have no idea what they were used for... i don't know if you eat them or if they were for medicinal purposes..
I found them in this natural herbal medicine store, they had dried deer hearts, turtle shells, dried out dead snakes.. WTF

I then went onto this store kind of like the reject shop, just full of crap. Anyways what do i find... Toy Cigarettes

So i finally made it.. I'm not going to lie, the past 6 months have been super hard, dealing with an asshole boss at work and trying to save so hard, i felt like i was putting in all this effort for no reward! It's weird by the time to leave came around i didn't want to go.. it's always the way huh!! i know this trip is going to be good for me.. i'm here for a different purpose this time..
